A production SaaS that lets patients book, ask, and pay through WhatsApp — in their own Arabic — while the clinic runs on one connected back office.
The problem
Clinics lose hours to phone bookings, no-shows, and manual invoicing. Patients don't want another app — they want to talk, in Arabic, on the channel they already use.
Our approach
We built a WhatsApp-native assistant with Saudi-Arabic NLU, retrieval-augmented answers from the clinic's own knowledge, and a voice kiosk for reception. Underneath: a multi-tenant SaaS with role-based access, two-factor auth, and ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing.
The outcome
Live in production with a private clinic in Riyadh: bookings, reminders, questions, and billing handled end-to-end in Arabic — the proof behind our Arabic-AI capability.
